Independent Study 7

Today is the second class in our current four-class set. The phrase of the week is, "downright kumbaya." This phrase comes from a religious folk song. We use this phrase to describe harmony and peace. Imagine people sitting around a campfire singing together. For example, "Everybody in class gets along, it is downright kumbaya."

Today's reading is about the sudden shift in attitude between South Korea and North Korea. Our listening material today is about 'fake news,' a term we are hearing a lot these days. Please be able to describe the vocabulary words.
