Today is the last class in our current four class set. Today is a two hour class. We will start class with a game of Apples to Apples. I want to study a quote from Ben Franklin. For our listening material we will learn how to cook a steak with Gordon Ramsey. He talks very quickly and with a British accent. This will be our final cooking video, so its a hard one.
