In Depth Discussion (Red 2)

Today is the first class of our new four-class set. We will begin class with our directions speaking test.

The phrase of the week is, "as a capstone." This is a building reference, specifically arches, and doorways. The capstone sits on top and creates pressure holding all of the other pieces in place. Therefore it is the most important piece of the structure. Capstone is also being used to describe a university project that summarizes the knowledge gained throughout a course.

Our reading today is about the Summit between North and South Korea. Try to find the argument the author is making. Keep in mind this was written by an American. Our listening material is our last love story. The vocabulary words will come from the reading. Please be able to describe them.
