ERT Saturday Edition

Today is the last class in our four-class set. We will begin class with a review of our directions exercise. We will have a speaking test next Saturday, May 12th. Our grammar unit is unit 124

The phrase of the week is, "at its core." We use this phrase to describe values and belief. We can also use it to describe the main purpose of something or why it was created. For example, "Nike has many different products, but at its core it is an athletic footwear company."

Today's reading is about CRM or customer relationship management. Salesforce.com is a business that has been trending, so we will dive into what CRM is. Our listening material is another dialogue. This one is about negotiating. The vocabulary words will come from the reading. Please be able to describe them in class.
