Today is the second class of our current four-class set. We will begin class with a review of our new editing exercise.
The phrase of the week is, "get wound up." We use this phrase to describe someone who is getting excited. This is a good phrase for pets and kids. My mother would always tell my father, " Don't get the children wound up before bed." It also means upset. For example, "He always gets wound up about little things."
Today's reading is the Sunday routine of Sasha Cohen. Our listening material is the introduction to Serial. There are no vocabulary words this week.
