Today is the thirteenth class in our current seventeen-class set. We will begin class with our writing. This week we are rewriting some of our previous writings.
The phrase of the week is, "mission critical." This is a technical way of saying that something is serious and plays an important role in the success of a business operation. For example, "Client service is mission critical this year."
Today's reading is about financial service trends and our listening material are two business dialogues. I think we need to take a break from the accents. The vocabulary words will come from the reading. Please be able to explain them in class.
