ERT Saturday Edition

Today is the third class in our current four-class set. We will begin with our directions exercise. Our grammar unit this week is unit 119.

The phrase of the week is, "out of the box thinking." We use this phrase to describe someone being creative. Many times managers will use this phrase to encourage their team members to find a solution to a problem. For example, "We have to start thinking out of the box."

Today's reading is about quality assurance trends and our listening material is from Chris Quinn the CEO of Gen-i. Where do you think he is from based on his accent? I will include a fill in the blank transcript, and we will rewrite it in class. The vocabulary words will come from our reading. Please be able to describe them in class.

We had this conversation about an equation that really says, you know,                                            is about, uh you know interference versus energy versus persistence. And it was a great conversation that the three panelists had                                     the value of persistence and the value of removing any interference. In other words, being                                          about what they do.
