Today is the second class in our current four-class set. We will begin with our Latin root words. Our grammar unit is unit 110.

The phrase of the week is, "number cruncher." This is someone who is good at math. For example, "My wife is a better number cruncher than me." We can also use this as a verb phrase, crunching numbers. This means working a math problem.
