In Depth Discussion

Today is the first class of our new April four class set. We will begin class with our Vocabulary Challenge.

The phrase of the week is, "step in." This phrase is used to describe getting involved when you're outside the current situation. For example, "My brother and sister were arguing. It was bothering my mother so I stepped in." This means I tried to stop the argument.

Today's reading is about fear for a friend and our listening material is about distraction. Please listen and create examples for the vocabulary words.

Vocabulary

  • collision
  • alliance
