Today is the last class in our March four class set. We will begin with our trivia.
The phrase of the week is, "with fire." We use this phrase to describe passion or anger. When we talk about anger, we often use the eyes or voice, for example, "My mother yelled at me with fire in her tone." For passion, we use the stomach or belly, for example, "I had a fire in my belly after watching my team win."
Today's reading is about a long train ride under less than desirable conditions. Today's listening material is about the bodega culture in the Big Apple. Please listen for and create examples for the vocabulary words.
