Today is the first class of our current four class set. Our phrase of the week is, "written all over." We use this phrase to describe people. Sometimes it can be positive for example, "She has hard worker written all over her." The phrase can also be negative for example, "The lie was written all over his face."

                            Today's reading is a look back at one journalist's meeting with former president Obama. Our listening material is an anatomy of a scene by the director of La La Land.
