Today is the last class in our current four-class set.  The phrase of the week is, "critical mass." Critical mass for business is the point at which a company becomes profitable. For example, "Small businesses reach critical mass faster than larger companies, but the profit margin and market share are much smaller."

Today's reading is about is about the benefits of competition. The listening material is a look back at Amazon in the late 90's. It was a growing company that had yet to hit critical mass. Please complete the worksheet.
