Today is the second class in our current four-class set. The phrase of the week is, "force of argument, not argument of force." This was the most quoted phrase by European Council President Donald Tusk. I want you to share what you think it means.

Vocabulary

• confine- noun- the borders or boundaries of a place, especially with regard to their restricting freedom of movement. OR verb- keep or restrict someone or something within certain limits of (space, scope, quantity, or time).
• predator- noun- an animal that naturally preys on others. OR a person or group that ruthlessly exploits others.
• stimulus- noun-  a thing or event that evokes a specific functional reaction in an organ or tissue. OR a thing that rouses activity or energy in someone or something; a spur or incentive. OR an interesting and exciting quality.
• adversity- noun- difficulties; misfortune.
