The phrase of the week is, "feel the effects." This means to feel some aftershock. For example, "You can still feel the effects of the recession." This means that the recession is not quite over. 

The reading this week is about wine and our listening material is about social media advertising. Please listen and be able to describe the vocabulary words. 

Vocabulary

• fundamental- a central or primary rule or principle on which something is based.
• intensive- concentrated on a single area or subject or into a short time; very thorough or vigorous.
• relevant- closely connected or appropriate to what is being done or considered.
• cannibalize- Market cannibalization is the negative impact of a company's new product on the sales performance of its existing and related products.
