Happy New Years! Today is the first day of our new January four class set. We will begin with unit 23 in our grammar book. In two weeks we will have a speaking test. I have included a study guide and we can review it at the beginning of class. 

                         The phrase of the week is, "could hardly believe." We use this expression to show a sense of surprise or unexpected results. For example, "I was accepted into graduate school, I could hardly believe it."

                          Today's reading has to do with why time seems to fly by and our listening material covers the psychology of resolutions. Please listen for and create examples for the vocabulary words.
