Today is the second class of our November four class set. We will begin class with some sentence diagramming. 

                         Our phrase of the week is, "the sad truth is..." We use this opening to introduce a disappointing yet realistic viewpoint. A similar phrase is, "to be honest with you..." For example, "Many students study hard. The sad truth is very few of them will get into a good college."

                           Today's reading is about Halloween culture in Korea and our listening material is about IOT, the internet of things. Please listen for and make examples for our vocabulary words.
