Today is the last class in our October four class set. We will begin class with unit 14 in our grammar book. 

                  Our phrase of the week is, "the sad truth is..." We use this opening to introduce a disappointing yet realistic viewpoint. A similar phrase is, "to be honest with you..." For example, "Many students study hard. The sad truth is very few of them will get into a good college."

                   Today's reading is about a webtoonist that describes Korea's workplace. Today's listening material is about self-checkout. Please listen for and create examples for the vocabulary words.
