Today is the final class of our current four class set. It is also the the last class before our 추석 holiday. ERT will be closed from September 21st through October 3rd.

Our reading material is about how Chuseok is being celebrated by in Korea these days. What are some big changes you have noticed? What is the purpose of Chuseok, why is it celebrated?

Our listening material is about the refugee situation in Europe. Many refugees are fleeing the war torn Middle East. They are heading west toward Europe, but some European countries have not been so receptive. There was a heart breaking picture of a little boy who was face down on the beach, he had drowned while his family was trying to make it to an island in Greece. Listen and learn a little more about that boy.
