It was wonderful getting to meet you all last week, everybody did a nice job with their introductions. For this week I have selected to pieces of material. One is from one of my favorite podcasts, "Freakonomics" and is about giving money to your children in return for good grades. The second topic is about night owls and early birds. 

Topic 1- Cash For Grades- Please prepare speaking points for this question, "What motivates your children to do well in school?" If you child is not old enough, "please tell me your plan on how you will motivate them." Finally, after listening to this piece, "would you ever consider giving you child cash for grades."
